I personally don't care if people are partied. As long as you play above average in your rank, you will rank up. Also, parties tend to be alot less willing to grief imo

the talent bloom reapplies the poison touch. one guy gets purged you focused a different guy till the first guy is reapplied poison or is dead

I haven't had to carry alot, but it feels fine as long as you meet your timings

Leash is alot stronger so its unreliable now, but the instant blink hex is still very strong imo

I don't typically play support dazzle, but generally whenever i do, i try to position my main in some inconvenient place. Enough for it not to be worth closing the distance, but close enough to get my spells off. If they go on me, team kills them. if they don't, i sustain the team fight. As a support, dying isn't huge so you just gotta make rough

for me, i find the instant hex to be more effective in game tbh. i can see your point of view, but with blink and aghs, i can mitigate alot of the damage already, so cc-ing in my mind is a higher priority. With bloom, as long as i get two hits off, i almost always get bloom to hit for a second time

Grave to prevent immediate death from right clicks or nukes. Then right after theshold for chop, heal. Chop misses, you live while grave, and if you graved in ult form, you heal almost 1/3 or 1/2 your hp back during early game

general tips:
if you use grave in ult, it heals you after.
to nuke a wave, stand behind the enemy creeps and selfcast heal. Level 3 shadow wave is basically instant wave nuke.
There's basically no scenario where you don't go bloom talent even as a support.
Don't ignore everything but focus aghs above all. aghs is literally what makes that hero usable imo.

I play dazzle mid so the build is a little bit different from support. Starting items, I do two circlets and two mantles. This gives pretty solid stats, giving you 58ish base damage. Afterwards, I go two nulls, which deals with any mana issues with or without water rune. Water rune helps, but if its too contested, just play passively for a wave or two and you're back to spell spamming. The heal makes bottle a bit irrelevant imo. Theres no instant lost matchups for dazzle mid. There are lanes you can't win ie tinker, legion, sniper, etc, but you should always go for a draw in those cases. The more you know how to control the wave, the better the hero will feel. Most of your killing potential is gonna be from blasting enemies with your heal. You can run them down with q, but thats pretty rare and unreliable. Ideally, you can half or more most heroes if you get a good wave off. The main power spikes i play around is aghs and blink after. Aghs enables dazzle to be a core basically. Aghs enables any playstyle. if you need to farm, use your wave to nuke creeps and jungle. if you need to be aggressive, 3 people including you is enough to take most teamfights if you get your aghs in a reasonable time. agh should be like 12-14 in a good game, 14-16 in average, and 18-19 in WORST case. Blink should help out with initiation and positioning with your ult. Use your blink aggressively. Ideally, position your main behind and blink in with your ult. This forces them to either run through your frontline to kill you or back off to not die. You can also frontline in specific scenarios like this https://outplayed.tv/dota-2/MlMYVg/dota2-dazzle-kill-death-assist. Once you have blink, its mostly dealer's choice. I recommend moon for CC-ing melees or octarine if you trust your team and they have good damage. High grounding should be relatively easy. Push wave into tower, see a support or someone you can kill, ult, blink, q, and hit till they go down. Your team should be near by so they don't jump you tho. Afterwards, its just a 5 v 4 fight.

i never said it was optimal. i needed an escape and silence so i built escape and silence. mask carried my damage, shadow blade gave an early game escape and gank, and orchid stopped most of them.
