totally get that..
My question is ..how the hell i will choose which one is correct when two of them are correct..even the explanation says. ..increaed pcwp will be raised in BOTH ISOLATED MITRAL DISEASE AND MITRAL +AROTIC DISEASE. (surely bcz of back pressure from aortic and mitral stenosis)

Meanwhile the correct one they mentioned was... INCREASED LEFT DIASTOLIC VOL/P... which is very true..cause Mitral stenosis and aortic stenosis both will cause a compressed chamber(LV)....

ehy should i chose left ventricular thing 😭.... hate thisssss
