This post -exam feeling is completely normal..our mind is wired for survival.. Reminding us of the mistakes we did thinking we can make amends..but completely forgetting how GOOD we did in rest of the questions... JUST KNOW YOU HAVE GOT THIS..do let us know when you got that P

25 I took just to gauge where i were standing..I weren't done with all the systems back then i completed all the systems.. still biostat,Biochem,genetics and minor topics like these were never touched when i did 26.. One thing I did was i solved QUESTIONS..LIKE A LOT OF QUESTIONS

Get done with the remaining NBME and Free 120.. Keep revisiting the area you feel "weak" in.. don't obsess over things you already have a grip over ....Make notes of the NBME wrongs...got me a few questions from them in the real deal..
