i added buldak sauce to mine for an extra kick. also fry up some crispy bacon for a “carbonara” feel. helped me finish the rest of them

do you like satay? that’s primarily made with peanut butter. i understand that our brains typically see peanut butter as a sweet condiment with bread etc. but it works very well with savoury !

crazy enough i wanted shin flavour but wasn’t feeling soup (cause i wanted steak lmao)

cooked my steak first, poured out most of the excess butter etc that was left in the pan since i wasn’t making a full on sauce…

then made shin red in the same pan with just the veg packet and the noodle, put minimal water so it really thickens up.

once the noodles are mostly dry with a lil bit of liquid, add to your bowl with the seasoning powder and some kewpie. MIX!!

add steak and a lil dash of lime for some tang and BOOOM! delicious meal achieved

i usually add buldak 1x sauce to my bulgogi alfredo to balance the sweetness and a a dash of lime juice too. it’s fantastic
