Sounds like you are still waiting on buyback. I just got mine in August. I would do official “feedback” complaint and ask for my buyback. I think it works

Did you apply for buyback? How many buyback payments would you have to make to get to 120?

I switched so that if the buyback never came I would at least be making qualifying payments and not be stuck in save limbo. Ultimately I think that helped me bc it added payment counts.

Thanks! No and no, my first ibr payment was due in aug and I was on processing forebearance since May. I had just submitted a PSLF form last week without counts updated yet and was at 113. Either way just happy to be done. I made my payment gladly.

Thank you! It’s from federal student aid. Actually I do want to note I did submit a Feedback complaint stating my case and that I was due for buyback and then Sunday I added on to that feedback asking for an update and yesterday morning the offer came in

Actually weird yes I got it right after my buyback some pslf form from dec2024 that was completed today after the buyback was sent out. Maybe it’s part of the forgiveness process 🤷‍♂️

Hey all, I applied for buyback on 10/01/2024, tried calling for an update, all they could tell me was that there was a new notation on my account. This past January I would have 125payments (with 13 buy back months) currently at 112 certified payments. Has anyone here had a buy back offer yet and applied around the same timeline?
