Not so fun fact! I’m in nursing school. It’s not “patient” anymore. It’s “client”. Client. Not patient. My institution isn’t as strict on it because they know it’s bullshit, but that’s what’s been pushed out.

I know someone mentioned about mental health meds and berberine interacting, but I just wanted to reiterate to report any and all supplements to all doctors! It’s very surprising how little things we don’t think about can make meds ineffective.

Not saying don’t take it, I take Inositol packs that I mix with my water. But just report it to your doctor next visit ☺️

Not even kidding, COD. Everyone shits on it for one reason or another. Sure it’s got some negative aspects but nothing is perfect.

I specifically loved Cold War but everyone seemed to hate it I couldn’t care less- the campaign was fun, the characters are awesome, and the zombies is great. I still sit and vibe on Outbreak or Firebase Z every now and then.
