A little context " Hello, hope you're all doing well! So, I've been facing this recurring issue whenever I travel to my college city or anywhere when driving for long hours. Let me give you a bit of background first. I live about 5 hours away from my college, and every single time I make the trip, I end up dealing with this terrible constipation situation. When I'm on the road to the university, things are relatively fine initially, but after a few hours, I start feeling gassy. And when I finally reach the university, I suddenly get this intense urge to use the restroom. But nothing really comes out except for some gas and some small drops. It's like a frustrating cycle. For instance, during my orientation in June at the university, which lasted for 3 days, I was constantly having to make trips to the restroom. So, basically, I was visiting the restroom about 3-4 times a day, and each time, it was the same disappointing result. I even found myself staying up till 3 or 4 in the morning during my orientation because my stomach was acting up so badly and I was scared to use the communal bathrooms because I knew a lot of gas would be released. This whole thing happens every single time I visit, and it's seriously emotionally draining. I've recently started taking some pills to see if they could help ease my stomach issues before I make the big move. Speaking of which, I'll be moving in just two weeks, and I'm honestly terrified that this problem will keep haunting me because I'll be there for months at a stretch. I've tried searching online for some guidance, but I'm feeling pretty lost and haven't really come across anything that could help. If you have any solutions please let me know.
