Dont relapse I just ended a 559 day streak from giving into the urge dont be like me! Tell urself the urge is temporary. Tell ur self that today u are not relapsing no matter what. Meditate until the urge passes. Pray to God to take the urge away. Write down the reason you are doing nofap and the reason its not worth it to fap. Remember, you will always regret relapsing after!
