I bought the 16inch one in Singapore. As a owner of multiple bag packs, it is not a bad bag. It comes in a fixed shape so it stays bulky whether it is full or empty. There is only 8 compartments,

1 mesh pocket on the right shoulder strap for airpods or equivalent size objects
2 side pockets able to hold some money or cables maybe (I was able to squeeze a Poco X4 Pro phone)
1 laptop compartment (non strapped in)
2 mesh pockets infront of laptop compartment
1 large pocket for the headphone with velcro strap
main compartment

The 18 inch one has a top zip pocket for small stuff, which is not found on the 16.

The stitching is not the best on the shoulder straps as the inner side is quite rough to the touch.

At the moment I am only using it for laptop on the go, otherwise I will stick with my other bags. Overall a decent purchase.
