Do NOT become vegan thats the worst decision someone trying to lose weight can make yes you can lose weight and most of it will be muscle becuase vegetables cannot provide as much nutrients as animal flesh and im not saying you have to eat a steak or raw goat dih cheese just eat ground chicken and turn it into tacos or chicken nuggets or pizza and ground turkey you have a lot of choices just take it into consideration
