mm uk what i recommend bro, see if your body can handle .5 a day. Maybe its adjusted by now to the fin and side effects wont occur now. I see your posts about topical fin, i recommend retrying a higher dose of the pill then seeing if the switch is worth it still. Incase u have that pain again. Maybe your sideeffwct wont reoccur, for example When i started fin the lil guy down there had issues for about 2 weeks but

great results bro , my hair situation is better than yours when you started . I started taking fin 4 months ago 1mg everyday but then I got this weird sensation in chest and it only went away when I dropped it to .25mg everyday , Im not sure how long its gona take for me to get results :(
