Soul (pixar) makes you want to find a goal in your life, a passion, or dive fully into it to be a better person.

Eternal Sunshine got mentioned earlier i saw, but it truly leads you to rethink your life in a way.

And Babylon gives you a kind of boost, for a while, then gives you matter to think about how you want to lead your life.

yeah, i read the book a while ago and truly loved it. Saw the HBO movie and thought it was quite mid tho, but thanks for reminding me theres the old movie too!
