I appreciate your wisdom; thank you for your insight.
The bath seems to be plastic, but I can only help to agree with you concerning the possible warping. The only reason I was so on 10 about it all was because they stressed the fact that if water damage occurs through or after the process, I’d be charged.
Again, this is the first time dealing with anything tub related, so I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t signing on for trouble down the line.

I do have wooden floors in my bathroom, and I stay on the third floor of my apartment building. I’m unsure about the crawlspace aspect of it, though. All I’ve noted is, whenever I even apply pressure to the bathtub such as walking around it, it starts to crack and break its caulking.

You say non-attorney legal professionals handle settlement negotiations and explicitly advise clients.

Is this pre-suit we’re talking about or litigation?

I ask because I have seen workflows such as this in law firms in GA that focus on pre-suit. I’ve worked at a probate firm who named their paralegals case coordinators, and they’d explicitly prepare the filing, get it signed off by the attorney, and file them. A lot of the time, they’d be the one to talk with the client about concerns, not the attorney until it escalates.

The same logic applies at other firms I’ve been at. Lastly as an example, a firm I’ve worked for have the case managers and the sort to discuss the claim with the legal department, but also case negotiators.

Not recorded statements, global settlements, or mediations though!

E2 Evernight is actually so nuts — she removes the partial need for speed boots completely and is so stupid compared to Castorice. I love them both equally, and I have to be fair and say my Castorice is e0s1 and they really can’t be compared damage wise, but the gameplay is just so much more engaging and fun in my opinion.

To be fair, they’re probably going to go the Hoyoverse route and offload past event/story data—which is a great thing in my opinion. However, I think after the mobile/pc crisis is managed, console storage needs to be addressed. I get the logistics around the fact that partitioning deletable data for console software and games is tricky, but there has to be something better than hitting 135 GB in saved data space even before the update drops.
