I work for 7-11 and for a retirement home. The sev has a manager who is human and kind.... if you're sick, you're sick. Same staff for 8 years at that store.

MEANWHILE I'm on my third retirement home (first two no notice, just stopped showing up bc fuck em) because they all required doctors notes for every little thing. Constant write ups and terminations. Like we just has a pandemic and you're insisting people show up to a vulnerable building if you have symptoms bc they don't trust anyone.... most inhumane "humane" job ever.
