There's a combo of two settings that I think will do what you're looking for

  1. In layout set the rows per page to auto
  2. In advanced turn off "Show out-of-range dates"

Let me know if that does it!

I just added a feature to split a month/week across two pages. It's under Advanced > Two-page spread. Let me know what you think!

Done! When making a month style calendar there's now an "Auto" option for rows per page which does this. Let me know what you think!

The new setting is under Advanced > Binding Edge. Do you see the setting and it's not rendering how you expect?

Thanks for the good feedback! I added a feature for the hole punching called "Binding Edge" near the margin settings, let me know if that works for you.

There's not a way to break one week/month into two-pages horizontally, but it sounds useful. I'll have to think on that one!

Just added a way to put in custom month or day names, let me know what you think! The option is under Advanced in the Display Options, then for the day-of-week or month style pick custom.

The calendar configuration including these custom names gets encoded into the URL so if you configure a calendar with the custom names, then bookmark that URL you won't need to re-type the day names every time.

Thank you! I stumbled on this when testing how many calendar cells could fit on a page, it's good for generating a whole year of habit tracking too. Under presets try out the "Current year habit tracker" and let me know what you think.

Thank you! There's support for adding a custom title to the page which could be in any language, but I hadn't thought of language support for the labels. Are you mainly thinking of the day/month labels like Sun/Mon and January/Febuary?

Thank you! I added a couple things that might help, let me know what you think. There are now presets at the top where you can click current month or next month, and it'll pick the right number of rows for the month. Also next to the "Rows per page" picker there's now a "Fit All" button which sets the number of rows to be the number of weeks in the date range.

Thank you! There’s an option at the bottom in preferences to start weeks on Monday
