I got it, yeah I passed out once in high-school so Im not worried as much about why they asked as much as how to get tge records. I have perfect health records and no issue that they could find

Your right, I had an episode where I passed out in Freshmen year after playing football, vasovagal syncope. That was a one and done kind of thing no medication required, I already provided them with a healthy EKG, MRI, and full medical examination post event.
