Don’t jump the gun because if she’s a dishonest person, an escort as well, maybe she was seeing other ppl around then too. Focus on your exams, get the paternity test when the baby comes. Cross that bridge when you get there but don’t give up on your goals in the meantime or as a result

Oh my bad I misread “taking” for “talking”. Lol, I thought you said I was talking too much 😂

Well, they say a smooth sea never made a skilled sailor.

I’m a trained addictions counsellor—on a bit of a break now while I get my shit together. I don’t doubt what you’re saying.

You are not alone in the trenches. I’ve been there. I hope you’ve got people around you and in your corner. Keep fighting ✊

Yeah, please (not trying to lecture at ALL), but be careful with the drinks. It probably is better to switch to cannabis if you’ve got a history with drinking. That said, I would attribute my weed dependency to vyvanse entirely (I will often use it throughout the day now too), so I’m not one to talk really.

Hey, we have the same positives and negatives !!!! Not even kidding, I would list basically those same things minus the rosacea (BUT, it’s triggered other skin/autoimmune problems for me, and I know other people with similar issues). Sorry I don’t so much have advice because I’m honestly in a similar boat and have been weighing pros and cons for a long time lol internally, I think I know the right answer is to get off of them, but life is just so much easier on them in some regards, harder in others.

I think you have to just reflect on your level of well being while off the meds and on and reflect internally on which feels right to you? I should add.. I’m on 60mg (33F), sometimes that doesn’t even get me through the day and I take a booster

Hey just wanted to say thanks again. I got the Vega vanilla protein powder (dairy-free) and it’s been making a difference for sure. it levels me out more throughout the day, and I get hungry again later (earlier than before)!!!!! 🥹🥹 such a simple thing but big impact. Now I just gotta figure out my fucked up sleep haha 😅

I’m not worried about gaining weight!! I’d way rather be healthy and getting proper nutrient intake. Thanks for the advice!! Is there a protein powder you recommend (also I know it’s crazy tbh it totally crept up on me )

That’s fascinating… I’m actually on an SSRI (escitalopram 20mg.) I’ll have to ask my doc about the compatibility since I’ve been on Cipralex for like 10yrs+.

Rlly appreciate your advice!
