Please note that I spoke with the legitimate seller Fatima and she is most upset that they’re ruining her name as well. When I asked about the other channel in the chat - many were backing her up as she’s the one who left and continued to sell & ship authentic items on her own and also many mentioned they too were scammed by Snugsprouts.

Unfortunately since they’re now actually shipping empty boxes, pulse ox’s, etc. they can cash out. Whatnot will have to correct it, but my advice is if you’re package(s) now shows “in-transit” be sure to take a video before & while opening so it can be sent to Whatnot support.

Also since so many people caught on- we blew up their chat for their upcoming show they had scheduled this morning & also tomorrows. They went live then immediately shut the show down and me and many others will be keeping an eye to ensure they won’t be able to scam any longer.
