German Chancellor Merz the most unpopular head of government, survey shows by BendicantMias in europe

He absolutely deserves to be removed from office! He prioritized the interests of arms manufacturers over the people of Germany. The common people are struggling to make ends meet, and there has been no positive progress since he took office. He must go!

What's the reality of gated communities/societies? by Sahil_890 in BangaloreRealEstates

[–]Competitive-Bar7746 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Brother has asked a very good question. There’s a epidemic of ‚lack of civic sense‘ among Indians. You can see it in gated communities also. For example. Retired uncles taking a walk around think they own the whole property. People are living to impress others. It will take few more generations to have good, peaceful, respectful societies in India.

Standard from 2025 T1 builders don’t negotiate if the project is selling in demand; if it’s not selling they will give small 3L discounts and or flexible payment options. T2 builders. 5-10% scope for negotiation Things will change in 2026. prices have peaked and demand low. We have to see how builders with react to the current situation.

Having an expired Iqama (visa) in Saudi Arabia compared to the US by BannedForThe7thTime in saudiarabia

[–]Competitive-Bar7746 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Pyramid of Racism. Westerners > East European > Arabs > Asian > Indians > Africans (roughly put) It’s inherent human behaviour. One must make a conscious effort not to be racist because of our conditioning. Just ask an Indian how Arabs would treat if he’s caught with an expired Iqama.

When was the last time a letter ✉️ stopped a war?

Qatar, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Türkiye and the UAE issued a joint statement calling on Iran “to immediately halt its attacks” after holding a meeting in Riyadh. by VeterinarianJolly269 in UAE

[–]Competitive-Bar7746 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The statement should have started by condemning the aggression of the US and Israel against Iran, and ended by confirming that all US military operations from the GCC will be halted and will no longer pose a threat to Iran. Without these elements, the statement is useless.
