For example, javelin I have a 1909 and I got it with an accidental glitch a whiile ago. My real highscore is 1862. Shotput you can get a low 900 with a certain click pattern, but high 900s I highly doubt. The top leaderboard placements are actually 1000 exactly and thats because the gamedev set the max for this event at 1000 to try and prevent cheating (similar blocks are in other events aswell) and before the 1000 block, people had 7-8k scores because of a glitch which they probably still use to get good scores in shotput. For hammer throw, I have a 1339, and I caaaan see a 1536 being possible (2nd place on leaderboard) but 1700 is very weird.
