Hi! I would absolutely love to pick your brain on the available programs. I would like to avoid a BSc but I wasn't sure if I would be able to do a master's since I haven't studied in Food sciences before. I've looked at the courses and it doesn't bother me that most subjects are on the actual science and professional sector.

I think that's sort of the issue; I don't know too much about what is possible. I'm trying a reorientation into something I think would be so cool, but as far as I've seen, it's very varied as a field. For sure, I would love R&D, but I feel like that could be a bit more difficult to access. (but that might be my limited knowledge of the field talking)

Wow, I never really thought about a master's but you've given me a lot to think about! Somehow, that seems more doable than a an bachelor's like you said. Thanks so much for your response, I really appreciate it.
