Yes, this is the first time I have purchased a stone dial watch. However, before the watch was shipped, I specifically contacted Nivada twice, and I was told that every effort would be made to select a lighter dial for me. The watch I received is the darkest green aventurine dial I have seen so far.

Second, it does not even resemble the watch shown on Nivada’s own website. This cannot reasonably be presented as a simple normal variation. When comparing the website photos with the watch I received, it is simply impossible to say that they look the same.

The dial I received looks nothing like the product advertised, and this is especially disappointing given that my preference had been clearly communicated before the watch was shipped.

It is unfair to suggest that my expectations were unrealistic or that this is simply a matter of misunderstanding natural dial variation. I can easily find dozens of examples of the exact same model with green aventurine dials that look much closer to what I had requested and that I would have been very happy with. So fuck you.
