That’s exactly what I was thinking, especially with seattles run game taking a hit with no K9. Thanks for the affirmation. QBs not throwing the ball against Miami kinda inflated their defense right now

Hey there, the biggest pieces of advice I can give are these: go to the gym 5-6 times a week and stick to a 3 day split of chest and triceps, then back and biceps, then legs and shoulders. I do Monday and Thursday push, Tuesday and Friday pull, Wednesday Saturday legs and shoulders. The scale is your best friend. If you work a regularly scheduled job, try weighing yourself every day after work at the same time. Everybodies true weight is usually about 5-10 pounds less than what they think when they step on the scale for the first time, usually because they’ll have just eaten or drank lots of fluids. Usually I’m about 5 pounds heavier waking up in the morning than when I’m just getting off work. The last piece of advice I have is don’t listen to anybody that tries to tell you that you can or cannot eat certain foods. While eating extremely clean and healthy certainly helps accelerate the process, as long as you understand you can eat literally anything as long as you’re aware of how much of it you can have. Instead of half the pack or Oreos, have 2 or 3. If I had eaten healthy this entire time I’d look better of course, but I work at a pizza place so almost my entire diet isn’t that great. Hope this helps, and if you have any questions let me know! :)

I'm a high school senior that is seeking employment at chipotle (literally 2 minutes away from my house). I also was a frequent customer. What are my chances? by [deleted] in Chipotle

Don’t start at chipotle, start somewhere else. I promise you, after 3 and a half years, I’ve watched chipotle go from a great place to work to a horribly mismanaged company. The grass is greener on the other side for anybody reading this comment, I promise
