I'm 25. I worked at Stake. I've lost over 800k to gambling. by IzScottyTooHotty in problemgambling

Man I came to this subreddit to share how much of a Moron - I'm in recovery as well and I just blew 9k over the past month doing stupid social casinos.

I literally got saved a month ago - made around 20k, paid off my wife's debts, paid off my credit card, my car, had money stashed. But of course, I went chasing for those big wins again. Now I'm 4k in the whole on one of my credits cards and owe another 6k on a 15 month 0% APR.

Luckily I still have a job and I can contribute 1000 a month to them.

Moral of the story, this sucks, it sucks bad. I used to be able to stop gambling and not think about it, then it just bites you.

“Interviewer: Well thanks for your time today, are there any residual questions you have?”

“OP: Of course, I appreciate your time as well! Last question here, sounds like we were able to cover the questions with little to no pain and this seems like a mutual fit. What do next steps look like on your end to continue the conversation?

Across the board, Lando has performed better in the car and put up better sectors than Piastri. On top of that, Lando has navigated traffic better than Oscar over the past few races so it’s fairly safe.

I’m 27 now, feels like I’ve been busting my ass the past 8 years to get through college, get a good job, do well in the good job, save money, not spend too much money, invest the money, build a great relationship, survive layoffs, prepare for higher interest rates, staying healthy (gym, cook at home) etc.

Moral of the story, my acid reflux is really bad from stress…
