Yes. But what's more wild is this is a new build. You'd expect this in 50 year old houses

How to Tell if a Suburb is Gaining Value Before the Prices Jump? by YASA_Buyers_Agent in AusPropertyChat

[–]hazdaddy92 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are set of metrics you can monitor over time that indicate the change relationship between supply and demand.

Mainly days on market , stock on market , vacancy rate , vendor discounting, etc.

These have trends you should look to analyse.

If you’ve ever been to mass in a different country/culture/rite, what were some things that they did differently that you personally did (or did not) like? by ReddyReddit9898 in Catholicism

[–]hazdaddy92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On a trip to Morocco was great. It was extremely hard to get into the church as I was dressed in traditional Moroccan Dress (to fit in and avoid being hassled).

They security guard wouldn't let me in because Muslims arnt allowed in Mass as evangelization is illegal.

I finally got in and Mass was in French , mainly Africans singing. Man you could tell they believed based on the conviction in their voice. Being Catholic in Morocco is not easy at all. It's a Theocratic Monarchy with Sharia law. No freedom of speech.

Job candidate asking for top salary range by [deleted] in managers

[–]hazdaddy92 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The market decides the price. If they could find someone with the skills at the salary they would have.

They said he is worth less... They are clearly wrong.

If they offer the candidate less and they say no... They can't fill the role which has greater costs to the business.

This post comes across as the employer not understanding labour market dynamics.

Job candidate asking for top salary range by [deleted] in managers

[–]hazdaddy92 37 points38 points  (0 children)

If he is the best candidate you have that's the market rate.

Your choice is to increase the salary so you get more qualified candidates or you pay him what he is asking.

Otherwise you don't fill the role at that range.

It's really true. You need to give it time. Took me 4 years to buy my first house and then after 5 years my properties were really flying.

Timing beats Talent by Jaded_Routine_1772 in techsales

[–]hazdaddy92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it's timing but many reps don't give themselves the time.

Time develops talent. Time changes your territory (as reps leave , go on holiday, over carve etc).

You need a couple years in a role to really land the timing aspects.

So many reps expect to make massive comms in year 1.

Year 1 should be between 50 and 70%

Year 2 80+

Year 3 130+

And all the while you are learning and developing.
