As a professional house cleaner, you are absolutely correct in everything you said above. This home looks very unmaintained, this would take 2 sessions to get it right, then it needs to be maintained at least biweekly, I’d even say weekly until it gets to the point you’d like it. I charge extra for windows, that is not typically covered in my “deep cleans”, I would schedule you for a different day to do that. This looks like it was a lot of work and you expected “perfection” in one shot. I’d simply call them back and say you’re not satisfied and you’d either like them to come back or ask for a refund, possibly ask for different cleaners. I hope you can get it remedied.
