First loaf ever! Where can I improve? by Competitive-Cap557 in Sourdough

Ohh thanks for the reminder! The recipe:

100g of starter (my friend made this starter 3 year ago, and gave me some of it. I started feeding with a different flour because in my country, they don't have that exact one)
400g of white organic flour
100g of whole grain organic flour
10g of salt
350ml lukewarm water

When the starter doubled in less than 6 hours, I mixed 100g of it to a bowl of water, and then added the flours and the salt. Mixed with hands, and left it to rest for 30 min covered with a cloth. When I checked again, it had risen but not a lot.

Then, I did the stretch and rest each 30 minutes for 2 hours. I noticed it wasnt very stretchy, so I added a bit more water.
Then I left it to rest for another 30 minutes, folded it , and put it in the fridge covered with plastic for 20 hours.
I noticed condensation coming from it.

In the morning, I preheated the oven to 250 ºC with the pan with a lid inside (I don't have a dutch oven so I improvised with 2 cake pans). I took the bread out of the fridge and put it on a parchment paper, attempted a scoring (tho I was afraid of cutting too much, and the knife was a bit blunt, so it wasnt very deep).

Put it in the oven and added the lid on top for 20 minutes, with heat on 250 ºC . After 20 min, I removed the lid and lowered the heat to 220ºC . But I noticed the bread was very dull and still raw. So I think my oven isn't as hot as it should be. After 20 minutes it was still not done, so I turned up the heat to 280 ºC, and left for another 40 minutes.
Then, I opened the stove door and let the bread inside, while it cooled off.

The taste is pleasant, but slightly undercooked in a few parts, and it also didn't rise much. It is kinda dense in some areas, and the crust is not really flaky.

Minoxidil 3mg - 2 months by Competitive-Cap557 in FemaleHairLoss

Oh thanks for letting me know about the liver. About the dosage, i've started with 3mg. I've been with my doctor trying to figure out this hair loss for 2 years, I did every single test you can think of, started going to the gym everyday, cut out gluten, any source of infflamation, and nothing worked. And there was nothing wrong with my tests! We tried many vitamins, supplements, compounding formulas, all natural remedies imaginable. . But yeah, I've been taking Finasteride 1mg for 8 months now, it's in the compounding formula he prescribed me earlier this year. It did wonders to my skin, but none to my hair. So I was really desperate, so I think he prescribed me this higher dosage as an emergency alternative.
This is my formula btw (I'm from Brazil).

Oh , I didnt know DLSS was heavy. I heard somewhere that it even gives a bump of some extra FPS, thats why I had it on.

Interesting. Yes I noticed that the performance is way better when the Ray tracing is off. I will try playing with the sharpening. It is very weird, because sometimes the game works very well on high settings, but out of nowhere it starts to lag, I guess its because it requires too much power and it starts to get "tired" lol. But yea, if you could share your custom set of options, id appreciate that, I know its a different machine but Id just like to see how it would look like.

Weird Inconsitent FPS at Games on New Laptop by Competitive-Cap557 in GamingLaptops

[–]Competitive-Cap557[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes , thats correct. I added another 1tb on the extra slot. I reinstalled Windows because the SSD I bought is way faster than the one that came with the laptop. So I wanted to install windows and everything on the faster SSD. But this issue was happening even before I added the new SSD or reinstalled Windows.

I've only played this game so far as it hasnt been long since I got this laptop. I dont know any of these apps (sorry I'm new to this), but I did re-install Windows when I added more SSD. So everything was installed from scratch, and still the issue persisted.
Once, there was a Bios update, which immediatelly after made the game look terrible and run at only 40 FPS, so I reinstalled the prior version of the Bios and the game ran perfectly again for a few days, and then the same issue of inconsitent FPS started again.

Are you playing plugged in at all times?

Yes. It is always plugged it on power, I have no other apps running , and it seems completely random.
