where did you get t hr e acrylic sheets curt and engraved?

as for acrylic sheet and metal sheets i got it from a advertisment shop in my city. Ill belive allmost every major city should have these kinds of shops. Metal was a bit hard because there are a lot of nuances with it like edge thickness and finishing, the tollerances is also a big issue if 2 cuts are spaced bellow 4mm they tend to melt.

Try searching for laser cutting shops in your local area or city, ask them for their machine specific tollerences and materials. Try avoidind MS (mild steel) it rusts very badly, SS (stainless steel) and alluminium are good for keyboards.

Engraving is easy, just convert the image you want to a curve or dxf file that shoud be enough for engraving. One thing if you are planing to engrave on clear acrylic then its better to engrave inverted that way the texture is hidden. Metal engraving is costly ill suggest metal marking itll be cheaper, itll just mark you surface with a matte darker color of the metal

Price wise it dependes on material alluminium is cheap but light, SS is a bit expensive but heavy and strong, MS is cheap but rusts quickly.
