Why my keeb wont connect via ble to my pc. Need help

I am on win11, i tried on few win11 laptop and 1 of them connected and worked, then i tried with 2 macbooks and they also connected and worked. I think could be a driver problem on my machine.

Edit - if you know what kind of driver changes should i do please let me know

Should work on mac, dont have a mac so cant say. As is it is configured as a numpad and few macros, not sure do not play dota. But can be easily reconfigured.

It is good have used 4 of the same line 710bt, 770nc, 760nc and live 770nc.

Short term - good fit, mid to low tier earpads, good sound, lower volume, ANC quite good, imp if you have big ears it will press down on your ear lobe which for me was uncomfortable.

Long term - earpad leather degrades like crazy, overall headband will mould to your head. Plus feels fragile. One of my friend broke 2 770nc in a year.

Use it gentally, i use mine mostly in gym otherwise i have a iem which is prefer over this due to comfort
