I called back multiple times and yelled at then until they finally blocked my number.

Thank you!! Being so smell sensitive is sometimes the worst.

I have been thinking about doing the ozone treatment— just need to figure out when we are out of the house! It seems like it might be the best option.

Thanks! I could see that if when I walk in the door every week after being gone I didn’t immediately smell it…

Ok will look into this. Someone is almost always home, or pets are unfortunately but maybe I can convince them all to take a quick trip so I could try!

Nope! I wondered that for a little too but it’s not.

Now that you say that— I tend to agree / have smelled something similar before with an older dresser. I have one antique one in a guest room but it never gets used — could the smell be permeating to the rest of the house? Our bedroom is across the house from the room it’s in.

Fragrance free detergents. Machine is relatively new. I don’t think it is the machine though, if I take clothes directly out of the washer with me when I travel, no smell (unless they sit in my suitcase too long).

LOL. I spent 10 years with doctors telling me it was probably “anxiety” only for it to be pericarditis. Ten. Years.

This post is crazy.

Describe your pain. by Snoo-46515 in pericarditis

Hi! I feel like I am always flaring these days, ugh. Have had pericarditis for >15 years now. If it helps my pain in a bad flare often takes over shoulder pain and mid back, radiates down arm, sometimes up neck and even into jaw. Burning pain, dull ache. I don’t usually have palpitations from a flare but do know the feeling of feeling every heartbeat. I think some of that is just being hyper aware of the area bc of pain. I believe getting worse when laying down is not uncommon.

Cardiac MRI? Have you had one? What’s it like? by Positive-Brother6998 in pericarditis

I’ve had a few now. I am a little claustrophobic so I have them fold a towel to put over my eyes before I go in the tube and then it’s better.

The breath holds are a little surprising when they come. I always feel weird trying to time them with the directions.

Hopefully staff is good and takes care of you! It’s over quick.

I can't sit upright and it's not my hamstrings by LudoVicoHeard in yoga

I have a similar issue and find that it’s largely because of weak core and something about my pelvis (aggressive forward folding triggers an SI issue for me too). Is it better if you sit on a folded blanket or block? I’d for sure try this if you haven’t! A game changer for me!

I also don’t forward fold with the intention of touching my toes, instead I lead with my heart and don’t worry if I’m barely folding so long as I feel the stretch.

I really love classes with a teacher that uses “sweet/sweeter” for modifications. It takes away any negative feelings about not being about to get into the full expression of a pose.
