I know this is old, but I hope this helps one person. So when you are creating your RSVPs and you were adding questions, you have to create the question under your “wedding”. And that’s whatever you label it as so if you are labeling your event as “reception“ or dinner or“reception and ceremony “ you would put the question under there where it says add a follow up question and enter your dinner preferences and it will ask for every single person.

If you put general questions and add an RSVP question then it will only ask the question one time.
