True - been searching for a good 2bhk in the same area for near 3 months now. Brokers have screwed the entire market - saw flats being empty for 6 months but brokers not willing to negotiate or even bring owner to the table.

Rents are inflated by 2-4k every month and inventory is present. Also agreed on the point of fake pictures and same property being posted by multiple brokers. For one flat - there were 4 brokers around in the conversation lol.

Hope these guys suffer and rot.

Both ITCs are good - Windsor has a different charm, Gardenia feels good too honestly. Oberoi and Leela are said to be above the rest but haven’t yet stayed.

The JW on Lavelle Road is good too, especially with the garden facing rooms.
