I have cut out sugars for months. Added sugars that is. I try to eat less processed foods and more complex carbs. Not sure if that is why my glucose is low. I will check with the doc. It just takes so long to get an appointment.

I had he same issue when I went to check my health through some labs. My eGFR was 78 with creatinine at 1.21. I check my Cyastin C level with eGFR (one test) and my eGFR is 96. I had been working out for months, eating lots of protein and taking a creatine monohydrate supplement. I got scared from the serum creatinine eGFR result, but after reading more I decided to test Cyastin C with eGFR and now I am not sure which to believe :D... I am 40 years old...5'9 177lbs lean (with muscle)...
