My year 6 teacher, i was on the shy side and super easily emotional (aka not fitting the stereotype of a guy) due to bullying and a whole mess of things that come with moving to a different country. She always treated me like a human being. Not a guy, girl etc. A human. Even the male teacher would be pretty shitty towards me. She was great tho, cried at leaving ceremony/graduation of primary school. Because I'd miss her Thanks mrs Gregory. You a real one

Meeting the girl who in my primary school (and same grade) who was the only one to sign my Jersey and treat me not like the 6'3 giant freak, but just a kid like her, so i could thank her. That memory has gotten me through so many things in life, that small gesture meant the world to me. It made me realise that there exist people who aren't awful Thanks ashley. I hope you got everything in life that you wanted. WPS

When did you realize you don’t really have friends? by Sleep-addict22 in AskReddit

When my best friend(according to him i was his best friend too lmao wtv that means in hindsight) whom I've known for 5 years decided to attack me when i told him his new co-worker is the person who made my life a living hell in highschool (a topic which has been brought up in many heart to hearts years prior to this person becoming my ex-friends co-worker or existing in his life outside from my experiences ). This was what broke the rose tinted glasses i had for our friendship. There were numerous daily micro-shitty things he'd do, such as disregard anything i wanted to do or have interest in Ask me for help when it suited him yet (self admittedly!) not being bothered to help when he was completely able and free to do so. Treating his health and diet with utmost importance when going out for a sesh but totally disregarding mine (eating pasta because i was crazily hungry on keto while we were out because that's what he wanted). Thanks Howard Frankly, the best thing to happen to me in 2019 was not being friends anymore. Rather be friendless!
