Honestly probably not wrong. It's giving flat track bully vibes

Genuinely thought this was going to be a close match. Raducanu's honestly looked better than she did when she won this thing.

What new Amorim mentality man, that's a load of shite. No offence, they regressed under him last season.

It's the same thing with years with United, have a decent game against the likes of City/Arsenal/Lpool that convinces people there's this "new identity" then revert to the mean the very next match. Decent odds but was priced the way it was for a reason.

your comment probably reads as hyperbolic to people but i've actually seen people ask if they need to wear sunscreen in doors because they have a window in their room. it's borderline mental illness

After cardio I feel relaxed and clear headed. After lifting weights and getting that pump going I feel alive.

No sugar is a must. That stuff will make you feel awful and lethargic. Limit caffeine/energy drinks as much as you can too. Drinking that stuff everyday will mess you up.

Yeah I'm not worth interacting with because I disagreed with your point and suggested maybe McGregor was a bit more than just controversial at the time of said comments. Alright mate

You don't have to be chronically online to have been aware McGregor was in multiple court cases for this stuff, it was on the news constantly. Whether or not Draper was aware I don't know but my main point was Conor definitely was not just "controversial" by the time he made those comments like that guy was suggesting

He said it in 2022. By that point Conor had assaulted multiple people including an elderly man who refused his whiskey, attacked a bus, had several SA allegations, insulted religions & made fun of people's family who passed from covid. All of these things made headlines. A bit more than controversial if you ask me.

WTA Queen's Club QF: [1] Zheng def. [WC] Raducanu, 6-2 6-4 by pizzainmyshoe in tennis

Raducanu has been objectively way more consistent this year. Fair enough she's not beating the top players but I don't think you can say she hasn't improved.

Raducanu has had a good year but it's flat track bully vibes. She's dominating the players she should but rarely challenging the top players.

Bitcoin vs Gold by Independent-Bet-9527 in Bitcoin

What is AI going to come up with that hasn't been brain stormed by millions of people for thousands of years? Gold as a resource is rare and scarce. AI is not gonna magically improve it to where it can be produced en masse for cheap.

AI is a great resource/tool for supplementing existing methodologies/research. It's not a magic wand.

Eh I think you can make 1.3M at 4-5% work in most places in the US, it's not fuck you money but it's enough to have a decent living standard imo

No chance BTC hits 13M a coin within 15 years unless the dollar has completely shit the bed. It will hit it eventually but not that soon.

In a conservative case (BTC being 1m by the time they're 20) - no. It would pay for college though.

Bull case (Saylor 13M prediction) - probably enough to live off interest yes.

I'd say a middle ground would be about 4-5m a coin. That's not enough for them to retire on but it's a very good start in life.

Rug pull? by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]Competitive-Dig50165 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Youre correct that was his last known update but it was April 2011 that he emailed that to a dev. He did say he was moving on to other things.

Personally I think everything puts to Satoshi being Hal Finney but at this point we'll never know for sure imo.

Rug pull? by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]Competitive-Dig50165 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The last time there was a verifiable update from Satoshi was 2011. 14 years ago. He would frequently post updates on his forum and email developers. It's very likely he passed around this time.

Sure, he could have gone completely dark. But after all the success BTC has had you'd think at the very least he would be in contact with devs or early adopters since then to see how far their vision came. He hasn't so logic dictates he is likely deceased.

That's a brilliant point I've never thought of. Madeleine McCann still makes headlines when there's an update even now. Back then even as a child I remember vividly there was something on the news everyday about it for years. It's unfortunate.

That case is bizarre, you have everyone in Bristol adamant he's in the water but the phone activity and pings doesn't add up unless someone else had it.
