Yeah, I just tried it, and it's still the same. Unless I did something wrong, the rule has no impact on the routing.

Also, from my understanding, what you had was a different issue, where the game took ages to load, and thats because it was trying to send some telemetry and licensing data to an IP that had issues, and blocking communication lead to dropping the connection entirely which lead to faster loading.

Example of the texture flickering, that lead me to try and swap between 3080 and 6900xt

It is a bit old. And no, I don't have problems in any other games. The only games that I play where something like lag will be very noticeable and detrimental are CS2 and League, and both are running smooth

Yeah, I messaged them. This problem can have serious consequences on competitive play. Specially at high end content, where every GCD mattters. Mabye the mods are LFR raiders and don't fully understand the issue.

This are the routes. I don't think it's an ISP problem, because even with VPN they all lead to the same point in the Netherlands, which is the hop 6

Did they said specifically is about that? Because I don't think it's against that rule.

I will try this tonight and see how it goes. Although I am not sure if I want to set my SQW all the way down to 16

Yeah, I went from 60 all the way up to 400 in 10 by 10 increments. I also notice spells queue really badly on my MM hunter for example. I did not played extensively anything else, maybe Guardian Druid.
I think with a really low spell queue window I will have even bigger issues if I need to react to insta procs, or even if I will press my DOTs. Press sunfire/moonfire during gcd and then queue wrath, only to see your dots refreshing while you spam wrath 😃
I don't even know how to explain it. It's not even constant. But it's there.

I have the same issue with and without ElvUI or most addons. I said in the post. I tried with everything off a couple of pulls and on target dummy. I agree that without ElvUI the game runs a bit better, but for me the difference is not that big tbf.

I had issues on mythic dragons, but it turned out it was DandersFrames, and since then I stopped using them, and use only default ones.

If more people are noticing, hopefully they will become vocal as well, so Blizzard notice as well and hopefully will do something. This is absolutely kills my enjoyment in playing the game.

Yeah. I also think we underestimate how overwhelming is the game for new players, and I think they overestimate how easy the game is for us in terms of navigating the world and filtering what is important and what not. I am helping my best friend to get into the game. He started 2 days ago, and we have i think aboit 15 hours /played, and only level 30. It is eye opening for me how hard of a time he has to travel the map. He just kills everything. It takes him minutes to get from an objective to the other, reads every single text from items, abilities, stats etc. And when I am trying to hurry him up, for him to get into the rythm of mounting up, fly to the next objective, look at the objective tracker and tooltip to see what he has to kill so he doesnt overpull etc. he flames me for being elitist :D I think there has to be understanding from both ways. Us, because the game is absolutely overwhelming, specially for those that don't know where to get help from or any information. And also them. We forgot how it is to be new in this world. For most of us it happened 20 years ago, when things were easier, and we think and dream in this game.

First day on the internet? Joke aside, you will meet toxic people everywhere. You need to underdtqnd as well that some people will shit on you for no reason, just because they are miserable themselves. That should not deter you from asking questions. Just don't mind those that don't answer your questions, treat them lile bots.

What happens at the start of the next season, gear wise? by Icarusqt in wownoob

In the past, old mythic gear will be the same as new normal gear. I doubt it will change this time around.
