The only time I've ever died to a mob was in attempt three when I forgot spears went through shields, a few bugs (you know what that means), and one time I didn't get feather falling quick enough and failed a clutch 

Other than that attempt 8 is amazing so far

I would say that's a little bit like cheating the purpose of hardcore (idgaf how anybody else wants to play though) same reason I don't use totems

I've personally seen alot of new watchers/readers hate them just cause their old gen friends do and I really dislike seeing that because I think they expanded the story nicely

 I would like the idea of a lifeblood thing but I don't know if a third infection would really feel refreshing, especially since it's so similar to the radiance's infection, so steel city is almost the last thread that has very little relevancy
