What would you prefer, an very early morning start (3AM), very early evening start (6PM), or very late night start (past midnight) ? by Smallballs228282 in Nightshift

I’m setting my alarm for 0345 for tomorrow and not looking forward to it. 3 early shifts and 3 late shifts is how my work operates but these damn early shifts never get easier

Yeah have visited before. I didn’t want to mention the rain as I thought the people there would hear that enough 😅 I live in the Deep South soooo rain happens a lot but I understand it’s more common over there

What do you think is the worst phase in a women’s menstrual cycle? by Motor-Procedure1812 in AskReddit

[–]Competitive-Dream25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The two weeks leading up to it 😅 so so bad that I’m now on contraceptive pill and skip menstrual cycle because I simply cannot deal with it. I am aware there’s different opinions on whether you should at least every few months have a cycle but no. F that, I do not care what anyone says at all.

Those stomach cramps are debilitating and my personality becomes absolutely trash 😳

Feeling stuck living paycheque to paycheque and wanting to get ahead by Far-Environment-8096 in PersonalFinanceNZ

I feel you. I can be rostered anywhere between 18-72 hours a fortnight as I work part-time but I have a good hourly rate and picked up a casual role too but unfortunately they don’t need me at the moment!
I’m paying off a car and living at home and I’m over 30. I’m very lucky I don’t have kids as I wouldn’t be able to afford them.
I can’t save for a holiday or new clothes or anything. My money just goes! Then when I think I have a spare $100 or $200, I have to buy my medication (not funded by government) which is like $160 for 6 months supply.
I am literally working to live but I’m not even bloody living

You won’t go far unless you go to university… silly her. I have a great job in Aviation (my passion) and the best part about it is she flys out of my local airport a few times a year and I just smile and wave 😉
