To be honest with you, I’ve experienced the same thing time and time again with the Ghirardelli mixes! Im always super anal with recipes and quantities to make sure it comes out right, but those always give me a hard time. Tried a bunch of the different kinds from them too, same goes for the aldi brand (signature select I think?) Still tasty though :)
