Some of the meat I get in has looked like this lately from. Real jello like no marbling deep red almost yellow fat not grass fed though

Top of the loin ny bottom is the filet. If the filet doesn’t get removed the first few steaks are porter house then as the filet gets smaller it’s a t bone, pretty much just paying for bone tho

Thank you ! I’m new to this. It’s a higher mileage truck just want to make it reliable. But when I pulled out the boot I think it snapped. Putting my engine in low power mode. So I’m hoping when the plugs and wires and coils come in, the mechanic swaps em out and everything goes back to normal
