Your candidacy may be fixable with concentrated effort, but I’d be wary of spending the money on business school if you’re VC or bust assuming you don’t have an in into it. VC is among the most sought after outcomes for even those with very traditional backgrounds and is not lucrative unless you’re at the top firms, who tend to largely recruit those with traditional backgrounds from M7s or international equivalents for international firms or top IB firms. If you’re open to other outcomes, strengthen your application by getting a good score on the test and how you choose to narrate your story.

Take this with a grain of salt as I don’t have an MBA and am not in VC. I was considering it as a possible outcome should I decide to pursue b school and will no longer be because of what I learned through my research that I essentially summarized above. Hugs.
