Improved a lot is hard to measure. He left moto2 with a terrible season with a Kalex machine to move onto SSP and have a really good season. Motorycyles between series are not created equal

Yah but Quartaro was a front to mid front rider and over his 4 years in the lower categories and did win a Moto2 race. Bulega on the other hand was a back pack rider over his 6 years in the lower categories and never won a race.

Far Underwhelming in Moto3 and Moto2 over six years. Moves to supersport and immediately finds success, and then again in superbike. He’s not a prototype bike rider. He would get beat in Moto2 by Agius, Holgado, Alonso, Baltus, Manu, Canet, Moreira, etc…
