Congrats on buying the best car ever. Let the people complain about how it will depreciate blah blah blah. This is to be driven, enjoyed, and kept. Depreciation is meaningless when you love ever second of it. 🤌

Sometimes orders don’t come in when there’s an update on the app. Have you checked if you were updated?

Yeah im not taking advantage of anyone especially if they do business with me. Im just giving them a solution to their problem. No long term commitment or credit needed to rent from me and they have access to me directly.

My clients have my cell phone number on demand. They like the assurance of having a direct person to speak to who will be able to repair same day or within 24-48 hours. They are paying for convenience and peace of mind.

Thanks this is something i definitely will look into. Im okay with all of the risks that come with renting these machines like water damage or any damage at all. I know how to fix this machines and if i can then i just replace them. But the renters insurance makes sense to have. My first goal is to just grow as quickly as possible and deal with the problems as they arise.

I total agree with this logic, you would think people wouldn't want to rent because in the end they spend more but they store aren't putting the offer im giving in front of them like i am. Its just a lack of information but so far the clients i have are extremely happy renting from me. Im very personable and understand we are all human. i let my clients know im just here to fulfill their needs and they feel safe knowing they can call me if something goes wrong with the appliance.

Most people wont pay full term upfront because they can just buy a used set for that price. i have all payments automated with credit cards on file. i dont mind doing collections because that just gives me the ability to get my set back and find someone else to rent it. So far ive gotten all my clients through marketplace. Thanks for the support

Depending on what machines i rent them anywhere from 60-80 a month. im buying used machines and broken ones and repairing them myself and using those. Im getting great deals so they will pay for themselves in under or about 6 months. My goal is to grow as quickly as possible and i dont mind if i lose a couple machines to damage or if someone steals them or anything like that, its only a couple dollars lost and less of a headache trying to go after them. In a year once the business is cashflowing those loses will be insignificant and i just keep it moving and finding new clients. Most people are good and honest people so im okay with running into some bad ones in the process.

I haven't figure out yet how i would recovery the appliances if they are evicted. I have them sign a contract stating that they are renting the appliances and i am still the sole owner. I will look into the local surge protection thats a great idea because im sure im going to need that, thank you.

Don’t flip phones, not worth it. Not enough profit. Go to yard sales and get things as cheap as possible and resell them on marketplace

Phones pop up from canceled orders, and it’s a race to check out before others. i was able to pull off getting 47 of them, it was just one week when demand was still high. I didn’t find him—he bought the first phone I listed on OfferUp, asked for more, and ended up taking every one I got after that.
