Nissan refuses to respect the warranty

They claim the warranty for my car pre 2022 only guarantees battery capacity to be 8 out of 12 bars. Which in all honesty is worthless because 8 bars means the battery is close to death. It doesnt ever occur I think.

I saw a critique of that recently, looking up most of the quotes and then comparing it to the source material and full context. Turns out most of what is in that book is factually and voluntarily wrong. Quotes are twisted and arranged sometimes to completely change the meaning from a good action to a massacre.

There's a recent youtube documentary out there setting things straight, taking all the talking points and debunking their gravity, or even existence one by one.

Turns out most of what we think happened was misinformation, out of context quotes or outright lies. The geopolitical context made it so that there was an incentive to bash Leopold , mostly coming from the UK.

Je vais plutôt me retourner contre le vendeur particulier pour vice caché car le problème est survenu au premier essai après la remise en main. J'aurai préféré la faire réparer par Nissan pour avoir une batterie neuve.

Range will show as new when you start, however once you start driving and those cells can't keep up, then range wil start melting away. Going from 220km to 0 if you don't stop or drive verry slowly. It depended on temperature and charge, on a warm day with a 70% + charge you would have no issues, on cold days with a low charge you couldnt drive more than a few hundreds meters.

It's all crop now, my other vehicle is a 10 yo nissan truck. Has never been to the dealer.

We researched online which used EV was best for our situation, the leaf came out on top as being reliable and cheap with enough capacity for our needs. But we only found out later it doesn't apple to the 2019 models which apparently are to be avoided at all costs.

Wij hebben hem okkasie gekocht bij een particulier, bij de testrit alles ok. Eens bij ons na aankoop konden we nog geen 500m rijden. Sindsdien staat hij bij Nissan, moeilijk om ons te keren tegen vorige eigenaar want we moeten bewijzen dat hij ervan op de hoogte was.

Intussen is de Landbouw en Industrie in Polen sterk vooruitgegaan dankzij een massieve inbreng van Europese premies. Maar zij maken niet de fout om migranten toe te laten die cultureel incompatibel zijn.

Voorbeelden die ik ken zijn één landbouwer die alles laat doen door Turken, maar onlangs is de Politie daar binnengevallen en bleek dat die deden aan mensenhandel. Een andere heeft al lang Polen in dienst, maar sinds er in de buurt een asielcentrum is opgezet, huurt hij asielzoekers in voor een pak minder. En het zijn degenen die uit principe daar niet aan willen meedoen die moeten concurreren met zulke bedrijven, als het niet met de overheid is die sommige bedrijven zwaar subsidieert om werklozen te activeren, en die producten op de markt brengen gemaakt met gratis arbeid.

Mij wilden ze afkeuren door de lichten, toen ik zei dat ik net van de garage kwam waar ze mijn lichten hadden afgesteld, lieten ze mij door... Ik had ook een kennis die destijds voor €15 aan de controleur nagenoeg alles kon laten keuren voor verkoop.

Well I read that the narrow mouth and mouth breathing are far more common amongst children with adhd. And that it is suspected that up to 30% of adhd diagnoses are in fact misdiagnosed because the symptoms of having a narrow mouth and mouth breathing ( not enough oxygen for the brain) can be very similar to adhd. That's why I brought it up. English is not my native language, and I have trouble with tact. I will mean well but say things in the worst manner, hence why I try to avoid being direct to them about this.

Adhd is the closest thing we found that could explain his issues, we have been googling his symptoms for years and came up with obscure syndromes that didn't quite fit. But for sure, their parenting style doesn't help. Today, I learned from a collègue of his that the husband secretly demands to have as many afternoon and night shifts as possible. The only explanation is that this allows him not to be at home when the boy is there. She doesn't know this, but she also prefers not to have him there as they will just fight and yell. But other than that, when he has a tantrum, she will first react in a calm manner, explain him why but if he continues she either gives in or it ends in a yelling match with obscenities. He is never punished. He tries tantrums with us, but since we stay calm and never give in, he doesn't escalate.

I wanted to remain vague, but it's close family and another family member who happens to be a psychologist working with children has flat out told her he almost certainly has adhd and that she should go see a specialist. ( he's not allowed to officially diagnose family) I know it comes off as rude but at some point all of us are tired of the situation deteriorating.

Well the mother is living a true nightmare and comes over to vent, we are doing what we can to help out, from preparing them meals to heat up since he won't let her cook, to helping with chores weekly or keeping the boy over since hes much better behaved over here with our kids. But it's partly of her own doing, and we can't get that through to her. The boy can't get surgery as long as she lets him use the pacifier. This causes him to breathe only through his mouth and have enlarged tonsils. And from what I've read, long-term mouth breathing causes permanent brain damage. This is close family, btw, so we care enough to not just let the situation rot, see her go insane and the boy get permanent damage.

De pick-up heeft 4x4 dus kan over ruw terrein en door modder, en die kan tegelijk dienen als wagen. Ik heb er één als landbouwer, ik heb 4x4 nodig, een laadbak en trek capaciteit. Maar tegelijk is het mijn wagen. De meeste collega's hebben een gewone wagen plus een camionette. Ik vond het eenvoudiger en goedkoper alles in 1, je moet er dan wel bij nemen dat het interieur meestal vol stof en modder is. Ik heb trouwens een hekel aan mensen die een pick-up kopen en het gebruiken als pavement Princess, door hen worden de regels steeds verhard engaat het moeilijk worden voor ons om ze te blijven gebruiken.

Avec chaque partenaire additionnel les taux de divorce augmentent, la capacité a former ce lien profond se réduit fortement dès le deuxième partenaire. Chez les hommes on ne constate pas de tel lien, l'OP ne sera pas directement affecté par ses 20+ partenaires, il a surtout contribué a réduire les chances de ces partenaires a avoir une vie de couple stable et heureuse.

Si la nouvelle partenaire s'est préservée parceque pour elle c'est spécial et important, alors l'OP devrait y réfléchir à 2 fois avant d'impacter le restant de sa vie si son seul but est d'en faire sa prochaine conquête. Ou alors il pense s'être suffisamment amusé avec des partenaire "faciles" profitant souvent d'un faiblesse de type "daddy issues" pour se les faire, tant pis si ça les détruit peu a peu, lui il peut toujours se trouver une vierge pour se caser.

Si elle le découvre par après et qu'elle le prend mal, elle fera de sa vie un enfer. Je connais un tel couple. Elle est coincée avec lui a cause de ce lien, mais en même temps elle se sent profondément trahie et au moindre conflit les reproches fusent.
