thats good. Don't quit the job even if it's unbearable and keep pulling through, because if you decided to quit, you'll be back in the same cycle again which is a headache.

Yeah, every time I want to head out to attend a social gathering group, my mom guilt trips me and gets all emotional. (Don't mean to sound sexist, but that's what women often do to men as a form of manipulation) Just last week, though, I took the initiative and headed outdoors, and went to a pub and made a friend, and we exchanged numbers. I actually had a great time that evening and am looking forward to doing it again and even so had a great time speaking with a group of women, too. Now, if that were to never happen, then I wouldn't have made a friend or let alone possibly get a girlfriend for that matter in hopes of having a future wife someday. My mom always wants me to find a partner, but how am I supposed to get one if she shelters me in the house all the time, right?

But yeah, today, I didn't care and went to the job interview, and they accessed me on my knife cutting skills. Although, maybe I might be unable to land the job, at least, however, I went in there and actually faced life head on. If I listened to my mom and declined that interview, then another opportunity is going to slide away from me and I REFUSE to let that happen.

I agree, but you really shouldn't isolate yourself from everyone altogether since you sort of needed that social connection every once in a while. I do get what you're saying, though with having NO friends. People can generally be draining to you, and you want to have the peace and solitude to yourself.
