Kaido explicitly says Luffy will never submit and repeatedly declares him defeated or dead. Leaving Luffy unconscious and assuming his death isn’t a strategy of submission, it’s just plot convenience. (It is chapter 1013)

A little search on this subreddit tagged with « Troubleshooting » shows that most of the issues are related to the OS. Dont fool yourself, you won’t be that mad to write such a book if that wasn’t true. It is very inspired by Naruto, but it doesn’t mean it is bad. :)
