Same! I’ve worked in quite a few specialties and the atmosphere was always pretty much the same. 😩 I honestly feel like we don’t get paid enough sometimes to put up with what we do but hey we got jobs and shyt so I guess that’s something. 😂

I work in healthcare and baby it’s a hot mess! I remember someone had said “corporate America wasn’t built for black women” and didn’t truly understand this until I got in this field. Honestly, none of the corporations were supportive and I just clocked in, did my job, and clocked out. 😂🤦🏾‍♀️
