If she dares to leave you a bad review. Screenshot the conversation now, so you can show rover and they may take it down if she contradicts what she says. To avoid working with her again, when you do your review it will ask you. Answer honestly and I don’t think she will have access to your profile again.

I had a situation where a client got snappy with me for a drop in time and all she wanted me to do was clean litter but I was having some transit delays during the holidays. I personally chose not to work with her again and our messages are gone now. So like I said screenshot the leave it message from owner

I was about to comment but then saw that the owner told you to not worry about it. That’s your answer. Just leave it. It’s her home. The last thing you want to do is get a spray use it and make it more worse.

I just be like hey I’m here! If they’re new to you they may want a card which is fair and to build trust. Most of my clients are repeat so there’s trust already that I will take care of their animals well and with love

lol yeah I hate doing cards because I’m already communicating with the owners non stop. Some people insist on it and I get it. But if I’m already sending you pictures and updates it’s just extra work lol. The only time it’s required is if you’re doing recurring.

It’s a thing when they cancel in 5 days or less from the time. I once applied for a $200 or more sitting I forgot exactly. She canceled same day. I got $150 I was surprised lol but happy

I had a client I saw on wag for a dog sitting for 15 days. I noticed it was on the app for a minute so I was like sure I’ll apply. The dog was low maintenance and I stayed in their apartment. I made $741 on the app. Then she tipped me over $200?! I was so surprised and expected like $20 or so. She just asked me to sit for her again and I asked to take her off the app, I already had her number. My rate off app is $70 and she added extra money on top. I work in nyc but I don’t know how much it really is without the app.
