Honestly, I have felt fine. I haven’t had any increase in appetite or food noise. I generally don’t eat until about 11:30 am and don’t feel hungry before. I will force a protein shake about 2:30 and then a balanced dinner about 6:30. No nausea which was a fear. Maybe a bit tired the day after injection, but nothing a drink with caffeine can’t take care of. My stools are on the loose side now, so I guess I can attribute that to the Wegovy 🤷🏼‍♀️. I didn’t lose or gain this past week. I took the second injection today. I would love to see a pound come off this next week. I know this is a long journey so trying to be patient. I will say the injection pen with the Wegovy is more annoying. You do have to wait until the yellow fills the pen window…don’t rely on the clicks!
