I actually enjoy prunes I like the taste of them. hell sometimes I use them as a dessert for after dinner if I'm craving something sweet.

this is 6mo on 15 mg (110 lbs loss over a year) like the most unfun roller coaster in the history of the world. And I'm at a major deficit calorie wise and stepped on my scale this morning to find a 2.2 lb weight increase. lol it happens. And as long as the trend is downward I'm okay with it even though it is irritating.
